Positive: The new owner, Benito, is an excellent host. He is friendly and truly wants you to have a pleasant stay. The breakfast is good and filling - soup, eggs, bread, coffee, and tea. Our room was clean and large and wifi decent.

Negative: Recommendations: the shower curtain extends across the back of the bathroom instead of enclosing only the shower stall, which means the floor is wet after showering. Adding a bar to form a "T" to enclose the shower would be beneficial. I agree with starting breakfast earlier than 7:00. We felt that our options to form a group were limited as we saw groups leaving the tour guide's office when we arrived. I'd also recommend having some items (bread, coffee) on the table before the guests arrive.

Positive: The owner is like your big brother. He cooks breakfast and really wants you to feel good. Every morning, I had a delicious home made soup. The hotel isn t very far from the guides office so it s easy to get to and start the tour every morning. If you walk down on s short distance, you ll find a very good cafe/restaurant. I got sick while at the hotel and the owner took me to the doctor s and took great care of me. It’s like being in family!

Positive: We had a great stay here a few days ago. It’s recently been taken over by new owners and we were the first guests with the new people - so older reviews won’t be relevant now. The building’s lovely, the room was big, clean and comfy. The breakfast was substantial and tasty - local dishes, fruit, bread, eggs, coffee. They were very flexible about breakfast time as we had early tours to the national park both days, so we asked to have breakfast a bit earlier and they were very accommodating. Good wifi. They were friendly and attentive.
