Positive: Great location, walking distance from Retiro park, Alcala street and 2 metro stations. Good building, clean room, comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom. Nice staff, good communication, they were willing to refund me for a portion of my booking that I didn't use because I miscalculated the number of nights that I would need. Generally, the room was much nicer then I expected from the photos.

Negative: The room is small and the bathroom very small, but functional. There is an air-condition but it's pre-set with simply an on/off button. No coffee/tea/water bottles. The walls are very thin and you will hear a guest next door if they, let's say, turn on the TV at night - and vice versa. That said, this happened only once for a few minutes. Not much light in the room as it looks on a wall. Still, if used mainly for sleeping and shower, this place is a good option as the location is great.

Positive: It was a really nice and comfortable stay, the equipment and the design is really nice and newish. Great location in a quite calm city quarter, yet close to the city center and especially the wonderful big park. Especially well suited for shorter stays, I'd definitely come back again

Negative: Just a little thing to be aware of, please be advised that there are no appliances (except for the community fridge) and no kitchen equipment, so if you just want to spread butter on a slice of bread you run into a problem (or just have to run down to a Ferretería to buy a small knife)

Positive: The location is very good, in a nice neighborhood close to the Retiro park. The room is very clean and big enough for two people to settle. The staff is kind.

Negative: The entrance to the object is a bit complicated if no one is waiting for you at the entrance door, since the staff doesnt speak english.
