Positive: The beds were extremely comfortable, and great internet. It was very inviting. We all enjoyed staying there as a family .

Negative: The cooker pilot light was hard to remain lit- and just lacked a couple of baking trays, and outdoor black and green bins

Negative: I didn't like finding out that the rental was a sort of sublet with another agency called Guest Homes who then required obligatory insurance for an extra fee

Positive: The property was adequate, and was as listed. A short walk from the city center, in a residential part of town.

Negative: Everything was fine with the stay, although I have had an issue with the property retrospectively. A friend who I stayed with me left a t-shirt and a pair of Apple Airpods at the property after our departure. The owner offered to send these to us for a fee, fine, but the Airpods never arrived, and the property has stated on a number of occasions that they are sure that these had been sent, which is clearly untrue.

Summary: A reasonable place to stay in Worcester, but a lack of trust means that I would recommend against.
