Positive: Perfect communication and the house was spotless. Everything had been thought of. Extremely warm, fridges and kettles to each room. Toiletries, lots of towels and tea coffee etc.

Positive: Excellent central loca Exceptionally clean with plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen/social area in the basement, which was great fun. Perfect for a group & the host was very helpful & communicative. Definitely stay again with a group

Negative: There's lots of stairs if you are not able bodied. No bathroom on ground floor (plenty on others) but im being picky here

Positive: Property was fantastic. Clean, tidy and smelt clean. The host was brilliant with early check in and answered any questions we had before hand. This was such a central location and would definitely recommend for larger groups. The little details were such a great add ie fan in every room, kettle and mugs in every room and the basic needs to start you off in the kitchen😊

Positive: It was perfect for our stay and was booked up last minute thanks to air BnB messing up our booking. Was well equipped with towels and toiletries, very close to the centre and multiple car parks locally, had a really lovely stay would definitely come back

Negative: Only bad thing to say was it was one of the hottest weekend and with it being an old building the rooms were boiling so if your planning on coming in the summer bring fans with you.

Positive: Excellent location in the centre of Worcester. The property was clean and tidy with lovely towels and comfortable beds. Good facilities in the kitchen with a snug lounge area to chat and it was a nice touch to have a welcome gift and a good selection of games to play.

Negative: The front door lock jammed when we first entered but the host was very responsive and sent some one around to fix it very quickly. The toilet in the middle floor bathroom didn't flush. We couldn't get the TV to work but that could just be because we aren't very technical. One final comment though - there are a lot of steps. Fine for youngsters but could be problematic if someone has a bad knee or hip.

Summary: Wonderful weekend in Worcester - great property for a group of friends.
