Summary: House is great with plenty of room for our group. Only negative is the heater. It was a chilly night and heater only warmed part of the house. Kitchen and master bedroom were cold.

Summary: We loved the horse to Location and the proximity to hiking and biking trails accessing horse tooth reservoir. We also loved the ranching/farming decor, and the unique coffee table books, including a thorough education on the history of John Deere tractors. Host remedied a couple of glitches promptly and to our full satisfaction. Highly recommend the property and host.

Summary: Our family of 10 was in town and this was the perfect place for us! It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The house was clean and lots of information was provided about the house and area nearby. From the patio door you can see and walk to the state park - which is beautiful.

Summary: Very nice and clean. Big comfy beds. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Close to Horsetooth reservoir. If you go there go early you get a day pass. It fills up after 12.
