Positive: The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near stores, supermarkets, and restaurants, and it’s just steps from the beach. The on-site spa is definitely worth the money.

Positive: We stayed 2 days at family room with sea view. There are many activities for children and it was really fun for our kids. Beach is directly from property and it was very convenient to us. One assistant person for us to help and connected by WeChat and it was really good. Some activities can’t use it and time is too tight. I recommended if you are planning to visit there and it needs at least 3 days then can explore everything.

Negative: Not too many things. It is not related to this resort and related to booking.com. When I did my reservation, it is included breakfast at booking.com. However, it is only afternoon tea, so need to check again before your reservation with booking.com.

Summary: It is worth for staying here, definitely will be one of good memories for your family.

Positive: The hotel has nice facilities for the families with kids: pools, slides. The new room is new indeed and has a washing machine, heated drying rack in the bath. The location is close to restaurants though the food there is so so. The gym is old but functional.

Negative: If you are not Chinese you probably come to the hotel on the beach to relax on a sun bed and swim next to the hotel. However, swimming was not allowed all the days I stayed there. You should go 15 min to the beach of Sheraton hotel to swim. There are no restrictions there and the waves are bigger. So it is better to stay in Sheraton. Although you cannot swim at Horizon beach, all kind of paid activities are allowed. It means that if you get an expensive room with a sea view and you will wake up with a constant noise from jet skis. Coconuts sold in the hotel were expensive and not fresh. Greed will kill the people.
