Positive: The hosts provided fans as it was a heat wave. They advised on a place to watch the eclipse. The property was clean. The beds comfy. There was enough seating, crockery etc. The property is very central, 5 mins on foot to HoA lift. Same to the centre of town.
Negative: No bath towels being provided was a bit strange. The parking is quite tight. There is limited outdoor space. The stairs are quite steep. But these things are all in the description and pics and didn't spoil the visit for me.
Summary: Nice property in a good location.

Positive: For short stay it was wonderful accommodation for two families. we were 8 people staying in 4 cozy rooms. Kitchen was well equipped for making dinners and breakfast.
Negative: The single parking space is disadvantage but this what makes the street so quite. There is parking option 1 minutes drive and steep walk back to the house. Life on the hill

Positive: Helen was super responsive and a great host. Hope Terrace was a short walk from the village (on a hill) with spectacular views). The cottage is very well appointed and she went the extra mile to ensure all our questions were answered and provided us some guiding tips on our trekking adventure.
Summary: Fantastic property and views were gorgeous! We very much enjoyed our stay and so convenient

Positive: Location is perfect for walks and visits to neighbouring towns in Derbyshire. Beautifully laid out. Very well equipped, clean
Negative: Bath towels would be a good addition. I know it was mentioned in the email but for a weekend away and a small bag it’s not easy to fit in a big towel. Parking is shocking.
