Built in 2012, this 3400 s.f. has wonderful lake views from all living areas and bedrooms. Short walk to lake, marina, convenience store and restaurants. Hope is a beautiful lakeside community set on a 43 mile long lake in north Idaho, just 20 minutes from the resort town of Sandpoint. Hope is only 15 miles from the Montana border and 60 miles from British Columbia, Canada. This country style home has a modern kitchen with all the amenities, and a theater room with wet bar. Summary: The house is beautiful. We were I Hope for a family event so We didn’t get much time to enjoy some of the awesome features I the house. However, the beds were great, the house has a great view. We all 5 loved our visit.

Summary: We really enjoyed this quaint cabin. It was spacious and clean and had many amenities for kids. The view was breathtaking to see the lake and you are within 20 minutes of the grocery store. There were many things to do and the Clark fork pantry was a delicious bakery nearby. Would come again.

Summary: Tim was a great host and provided detailed info making the check in process easy. The home itself is in immaculate condition with beautiful views of the lake and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is within easy access to Sandpoint, Farragut State Park, and even Coeur D’alene and Spokane. Highly recommend.

Summary: This is a perfect home for families! The beds are comfortable, plenty of room for a family of four. Our teenagers were thrilled with the welcome basket, thank you! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because there is so much to do at the lake, but it was super comfortable to come home to at the end of the day. The sunset views of the lake are to die for! Amazing, friendly, communicative hosts! Thanks so much for everything, Tim!

Summary: We were looking for a peaceful lake view getaway, and this fit the bill. It was all we could have hoped for, and more. The home is large, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to have you meals there, (minus the food) including seasonings and spices. The owner of the home is a great host, accommodating and responsive. We will definitely plan another stay if possible!
