Positive: Good location, close to high street and beach. Pleasant interior.

Negative: Self catering accommodation but lacking the essentials you would expect. No tea towel, no kitchen cloth or sponge, tiny amount of loo roll. Meant a shopping trip was necessary as soon as we arrived.

Positive: Location exactly as we knew, having lived locally for 50 years and now visiting friends and attending a funeral. Particularly liked being able to use a resident parking permit outside the house.

Negative: Central heating impossible to control from the thermostat. ( report after the visit, too hot, never cold. )

Summary: Fulfilled all our needs, but front bedroom probably noisy in the summer.

Positive: Beautiful property. Excellent location. Just a couple of small improvements would make it a truly exceptional experience rather than just a wonderful one. Will certainly recommend the home.

Negative: A television in the sitting area rather than the bedrooms. A floor rug in the bathroom would help. No upper sheets on the beds. Maybe that's a British thing.

Negative: It was a bit disappointing. The entrance was scruffy and unkempt. Difficult to park. Not particularly clean, dead flowers in a cup, floor dirty, chocolate wrapper in bedroom. Lots of cobwebs
