Positive: The team reacted quickly when I informed them of an AC issue.

Negative: I was asked if maintenance could enter the home if we weren't home to repair the AC unit, before I had a chance to reply (as I was on my way back to the house) I returned to find the AC unit already repaired, yay, however I hadn't had a chance to ask them to wait because our toy poodle was inside in her crate and she gets very anxious with strangers. We were happy to have a cool house. I just wish our poodle wouldn't have gotten so upset. She was so anxious when I arrived.

Negative: The cable TV didn't work. Could not watch TV. The portable washing machine, you have to roll the machine to the sink and hook it up. The twins beds in the room. The one bed room should at least have a Queen or King size.

Negative: Dated furniture. Has a mildewed smell. Noisy appliances, dehumidifier and window air conditioner. No fan in bedroom. Twin bed. Shower head too low.

Summary: Good for work. No place for romantic date.
