Whichever way you choose to go, don’t miss walking through the “Rose Walk” which includes more than 200 hybrid tea, grandiflora, and floribunda roses.
Golfers will enjoy a round of golf at the Lake Junaluska 18-hole golf course. While playing golf at the 68 par course you can take in the spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. This course is open to the public and families are welcome.

Summary: The cabin is sweet and just fine for one or two people. Any more would be a bit crowded. Very nicely stocked kitchen and the bathroom is great - although a full length mirror would be nice. I did not know in advance of renting that there was no trash pick-up, which was a bit challenging. And had several large black ants to contend with. The fridge makes an odd noise, which makes it rough to sleep. Cobwebs on lamp shades.

Summary: The property was charming, obviously well-loved by its owners. We had a great time there and were able to relax and visit the surrounding area. The only problem was the refrigerator door that couldn't open entirely. This meant that the vegetable bin was inaccessible since the door couldn't open entirely. Anyone who plans to cook while staying there might object to this. I also recommend adding a vertical grab bar near the shower to make it safer stepping out. But overall it was great. Thanks!
