The building does not have a lift but is located on the 2nd floor.

Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: SMART TV', fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, vitroceramic and a complete set of utensils.
The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror.

Summary: Four friends traveling Spain and Portugal for two weeks in March 2023. We loved Seville and our 4-night stay at this property! Excellent location — a quiet, peaceful street yet everything was in walking distance. Cute apartment that was stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds and pillows. Ample storage space and hangers. Modern, good-sized bathrooms. Convenient parking lot within 2 blocks (coordinated by hommyhome). Friendly and responsive property managers.
