Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The room was spacious and very clean, the café was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent — only a 4-minute walk from the BTS station — with many nice cafés, restaurants, and rooftop bars nearby. Tobias and Noina were amazing hosts, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Positive: I came to Bangkok to renew my visa, but ended up staying longer than expected to renew my passport. During this time, I found this hotel near the Italian Embassy, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast is of excellent quality—not a large buffet like in big hotels, but with only a few rooms, the experience feels more personal and well cared for. My room was clean, quiet, and had a spacious bathroom with reliable hot water. There isn’t the usual minibar in the room, but instead there’s a fully equipped shared kitchen. I found it very convenient, especially because it includes a high-quality water purification system that allowed me to refill my bottle anytime. The location is excellent: the BTS station is just about 100 meters away, so getting around Bangkok is fast and easy (though a tuk tuk ride always has its charm). At the entrance, there’s a small bar with a tiny outdoor garden and plenty of indoor seating. Adding to the cozy vibe are two very affectionate dogs who never fail to greet guests. The small kitchen is also delightful: Tobi and Noina prepare everything with care, from drinks to food, although the menu is limited since it’s not a full restaurant. Still, plenty of street food and restaurants are just steps away. Don’t expect a luxury hotel—this place feels more like a home. And that’s exactly what makes it such a warm and memorable stay.
