Positive: The host was warm and welcoming.

Negative: They breakfast was very low standard. Low quality for the price paid for accommodation inclusive breakfast. The second night was very noisy, they had an event scheduled which didn't take into consideration that there were other guests. Very disappointing.

Positive: Not good, the breakfast didn't cater for specific dietary preference. Every day same breakfast, too oily chips. The geyser was not working on the first night and had to take shower on the next room. There is a need to really look into getting the professional chef if one has the place offering food.

Negative: Food No tea/coffee in the rooms.

Positive: The reception was very warm and professional, The host made sure I was comfortable and gave a good breakfast exactly at the time I requested. The area is quite and save, also easy access to the A1N highway - makes for a good stay. The room was nice and big and clean.

Positive: It is not easy to find from the highway. Once off the highway there’s a sign. The property is just a house. It needs maintenance.

Negative: Did not have a comfortable air. Lounge was right next to the reception area. So privacy meant “your room”. It is not an “executive lounge’
