Positive: The staff were helpful. First day had an issue with Tv within 5 minutes she came up and fixed it. Our last night there was an issue with their computer so they printed my airline boarding pass and brought it up A lot of food choices The sausages were good both days
Negative: The potato dishes weren’t good either day. They did change it daily which was nice

Positive: I didn’t like that my rooms weren’t ready until 5:30 and 7pm even though check in is at 3pm. I wasn’t offered any bonus points or comps for the inconvenience. Then when I tried to check into my second room I was told I had to pay full price for it because booking.com under charged me by $2. Even though I pre paid for the rooms on booking.com

Positive: The room size and the breakfast. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I ever had! The staff that I saw was really nice. Loved having the full kitchen and living room separate from the bed room.
Negative: My room had a weird smell at first but it eventually went away. There were 5 of us in the room but only 3 towels sets. I asked for more got them easy the first time. Second time I needed 5 and all the had was wash clothes no towels. They were short staffed I believe. My sister stayed at the Hampton Inn behind them and they told her that when she asked for towel sets for her family and they are owned by the same person.
Summary: It was a comfortable place to stay for me and my children would definitely stay at one of their other locations if avail

Positive: The room was great. There was enough space for the family to stretch out during the trip and everyone was well-rested each morning. The kids enjoyed the pool.
Negative: The breakfast was ok. It was hot but more options would have been great. Waffles, egg white patties, bacon, potatoes, and cereal were the options both days. We had trouble getting into the side entrance with the room key and thankfully another guest helped us.
