Positive: Great bed; nice view from 2nd floor viewing the pond with ducks across the street. Nice Steak House next door. Didn’t check out the pool and fitness center but would have if we stayed longer. I liked being able to sleep with window slightly open.

Negative: I did not understand the checkin process and was frustrated when trying to check in at 7pm on Thursday after a flight plus 2 hour drive from Paine/Everett in heavy rain and traffic. I wasn’t at my best and nobody was answering calls or returning my messages as I was trying to figure out if being at the VI was the right place. finally I stopped to read the check in sign instructions on the far right inside the door. I was also thrown off by the VI as I didn’t realize this was a timeshare and no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion provided. The blow dryer also needs to be replaced as it doesn’t hold constant temp (room 1200); taking out garbage was fine but again not something expected even in our timeshare we own. Our timeshare also provides basic necessities for showering, hair, and lotion.

Summary: The bed and linens were great. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the Lynden Lighted Parade on Saturday night. The whole p

Positive: We truly loved this place! Such sweet and welcoming staff, very spacious rooms with a cozy home feeling. Very clean and all you need, even with a kitchen. Very quiet, safe parking and a 10 min walk to the old town and a great steak restaurant next door. We recommend this!

Positive: Loved the two hot tubs. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a full sized fridge.

Negative: The door to the bathroom kept sliding open. The family swim hours are VERY limited. People should definitely be made aware of that when booking.

Positive: Dinner was great. Location was very convenient. Room layout was very good with one exception (noted below). Very comfortable and kitchen facility was great.

Negative: The air conditioning controls were a complete mystery. A user guide would have been very helpful, assuming it was actually possible to alter its functioning. It seemed to maintain the same force if “on,” no matter which fan setting we chose. It also was positioned right at the foot of the bed and directed the air flow directly onto the person lying on the right side, which was a bit challenging, feeling your hair being blown by the air stream as you were trying to sleep.

Summary: With the sole exception of the air conditioning mystery, it was great.
