Negative: The house was extremely hot!!! The property itself is not well kept the yard is not kept the outside of the house needs much repair being windows are broken. Doors need to be wiped clean. The place need to be swept. Wallpaper in bathroom was stapled. It was semi clean/organized. There was tape over the light switches to keep you from turning them on and it was very tacky looking, you could not see the entrance way to get in the house as well as entering the house because lights were off. There were items in the bathroom in the tube that look to be old and dirty.
