Positive: Lovely decor and amenities! We loved sitting outside and listening to the creek!

Negative: Upstairs tenants were very loud and up very early both days making a lot of noise, even walking across the floor was super loud downstairs! It was very difficult to sleep and get much needed rest.

Summary: Lovely place to stay, terrible place to get sleep!

Negative: This was a room downstairs of a second rental, it was very noisy from the upstairs people, as my wife stated it sounded like a herd of bulls at 0500 hours when they appeared to be getting ready to leave their apartment.

Positive: The location was OK. A bit far from Homer, however the price reflected that. The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. Spacious enough. Everything worked well. Would stay there again.
