Positive: All information was clearly sent 24 hours before our stay, and everything that we needed to know was sent, so no hassle. I'd enquired about parking motor bikes and how secure the parking was, great response back with photos to show clearly the parking set-up. It all worked very well for the boys.

Negative: The garden area could have been sharper; lots of dead plants, dirty windows, the garden didn't reflect the quality of the internal attention to detail. However, it was very secure for our dog.

Summary: Perfect, one of the nicest we have rented, highly recommend, dog friendly & great location

Positive: Beautiful, cozy cottage, extremely clean and with every amenity available. Relaxing in the garden on a sunny evening was a real treat. Host was extremely helpful and responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in. The only downside - we couldn't stay longer!! It was everything we wanted and more.

Positive: The standard of the cottage was very high. The garden / outside seating area is a lovely bonus.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like. Due to the age of the building the cottage is naturally a little dark but the artificial / electric lighting is of a high quality. A suggestion would be to provide a washing up bowl for use in the sink for washing smaller amounts of dishes.

Summary: A lovely cottage next to a nice Inn in a lovely village and part of Northumberland

Positive: The property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Smelled really Nice as we entered the cottage. It felt so relaxing and the bath in the bedroom is so nice with lovely products to use aswell. Everything you could possibly need The host was very good and communicated with us well, kept us updated with everything. Lovely welcome packs aswell. The Percy Arms next door is a lovely friendly bar that does gorgeous food. We visited Bamburgh Castle that was so beautiful. Old Stable house is ideally situated to visit the wonderful Northumberland.
