Positive: Quiet room. Ok, you can hear other guests walking in corridor but nothing that disturbed us. Comfy beds. Clean shared bathrooms. Lovely shared kitchen.

Positive: I liked the location, how communicative the owner was, and the lock on the bedroom door. The room was a really good size with enough light. The bathrooms were clean. The price was great. The location was great for me as well.

Negative: There was no heating at all. I caught the in between season time where the radiators needed to be drained, and it wasn't done by the time I needed to leave. I didn't love that the owner's first reaction was to tell me it is sunny when I asked about the heating. My hands, feet and nose were cold. The owner offered an extra blanket and a duvet by the second night, but I was a bit bummed heating was mentioned in amenities and not delivered. While the place was clean, there was a noticeable stain on the white towel. I didn't mention this to the owner.

Positive: It was useful for what we needed it for. We just needed a bed for the two nights we were there. We didn't use any of the facilities in the building apart from the toilet. We were pretty much out most of the weekend exploring London.

Negative: The other people in the building were noisy and did keep us awake when moving around the hallways but that can't be helped it's not anything against the apartment. It's just if you stay be mindful there are others about .

Positive: The room was spacious with comfy beds. 5 mins walk from the tube station which was great. Weekend parking right opposite the property. All very easy with great Comms from the host.

Negative: I wouldn't say didn't like, but the bathroom could do with a coat of paint to make it look better. This is just my observation. This didn't detract from our stay.

Summary: A fun weekend in London was had by all.

Positive: The room was spasious and everything was clean. It was also quiet and peacuful. The bus stop for E3 was right autside the apartment. Kids loved it.

Negative: It was a bit far from the center. We had to ride 2 -3 buses to arrive. Still it was close to Notting Hill so we spend a day there.

Positive: The location is good - 10 minutes walk from the tube station. Everything in the apartment is labelled, there are various reminders everywhere, which is helpful. There are two bathrooms

Negative: One of the beds was extremely squeaky. There is no mirror in the room, and there is one only in one of the bathrooms. On the first day when we arrived there was a horrible smell in one of the bathrooms but next day after cleaning it was gone thankfully
