Positive: Great location closest to beach, very convenient electronic code keys, clean, good looking rooms, air conditioning worked superb. Black out curtains to sleep well, friendly neighborhood and great green terrace with sun beds and even a shower. The staff was communicative and replied quickly. Service-minded. Having elevator was a big advantage.

Negative: Could be a bigger stove and we really missed a proper oven and more kitchen things. The door to the bathroom was very squeaky. We had issue with the kettle turning all electricity off. Nights can be noisy especially on the first floor as it’s close to bars and people walking speaking loudly, cars&motorcycles too. Would be great to have bigger table on the terrace and more chairs for big family to dine. Apartment is ideally for two, the third person won’t have much personal space. Could be more storage space.

Summary: Great modern accommodation for two persons will almost everything you need, close to Las Teresitas beach. Service-minded

Positive: The apartment is modern and spacious enough for two people. Close to good restaurants and in walking distance to Teresitas beach. Ample parking spots on the opposite side of the river - 3 minutes by foot.

Negative: When we arrived the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned (pee stains on the toilet seat) and there wasn't any soap left in the dispenser. Not a big issue, but when I forwarded the issue to the service team they tried to gaslight us and said it was definitely clean before we arrived. Also that soap is "complimentary and subject to availability" and we could buy soap and send them the ticket if it indisposable for us. I mean come on, it's soap, of course it is indisposable. At least they seemed to changed their minds and sent the cleaning staff to fill up the soap the next day. But very questionable service for an apartment in this price range tbh.

Negative: It was not possible to set the temperature and therefore it was to cold for us. We booked the property for 3 people but the sofa bed was not ready and we didnt have enough blankets for three people

Negative: We had trouble with electronic key lock, getting lights to stay lit so we could enter the code. A rack to dry clothes would be good also. There is line in bathroom but no air in there for clothes to dry.

Positive: Perfect accommodation. Location is good everything is nearby within walking distance.. beach, supermarket, restaurants, and even icecream. Entering with the code was awesome bcz we didnt even have to carry anything with us when going to the beach. Car parking is free and big place. Rooftop is awesome. Everything was really awesome in this accommodation

Positive: Perfect location, very clean, comfy beds and lovely rooftop. What more can you want :)

Negative: You do have to be a skilled driver and sometimes lucky to park nearby, but this applies to the whole island, so we didn’t mind that much.
