Summary: We had a great stay. We stayed for 14 days and enjoyed each one. The house is spacious and tasteful furnished, we loved all the green plants. The house is equipped with all the necessities, there are even cooler bags for trips. The garage is really helpful as the parking spots on the street are quickly filled, especially at the weekends. Only the working area in the kitchen is a bit small, but still large enough to cook for 2–3 people. We definitely recommend this house and would book it again.

Summary: I've stayed in several apartments in San Andres and I have to say this was the nicest of all so far. It's huge and pretty cool. The landlord is very nice and answers almost immediately if you have any questions. It is good for groups of friends but also for a couple vacation. It's just 3 minutes to the water and 10 minutes to the beach. I can recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for a large and beautiful apartment for a slightly smaller budget.

Summary: This was my second stay at this property and, once again, it did not disappoint. This house is amazing! It's very modern and unique with an incredible private rooftop patio. It's minutes from beautiful Las Teresitas beach in the village of San Andres. Public transportatioin is also easy to access, so you can explore all the wonders of Tenerife. I will definitely be back again!

Summary: We had a very nice time in this very agreable house. San Andres is a very good place to stay, not to far from Santa Cruz and close to the Anaga region, perfect for hiking. We really loved the beach as well. We recommend!

Summary: Excellent location and easy communication with our host. The apartment was clean and very spacious and benefitted from off street parking. Excellent restaurants and supermarket facilities in very easy walking distance as was Las Teresitas beach.

Summary: We both loved our stay so much that I’m loath to say too much in case word gets out how wonderful this place is. The accommodation is stylish yet comfortable with the benefit of a garage and just a few yards to authentic Spanish restaurants and bars. The beach is really close and so clean and safe with wonderful beach bars that serve the most delicious lunches and Mohitos. We have felt totally rested and have had the most perfect holiday. Can’t wait to return

Summary: Beautiful flat in a good location with a private garage, which is a big plus. Moving around on three floors is good for one’s condition. It’s worth climbing the stairs to the private rooftop. Communication with the friendly and accommodating owner perfect. Thank you José Manuel. There are many restaurants close by. They compensate for the only minus point: the small, even though well equipped, kitchen area. The furniture and some equipment are old and in need of repair/ replacement. All in all a pleasant place to stay for a week or two to explore this part of Tenerife.

Summary: Loved this house in San Andrés - architect style so felt special. Plenty of restaurants close by but also easy to get the bus into Santa Cruz. Ideal for exploring the Anaga region - beautiful area for drinking in the views or doing more adventurous hikes.

Summary: The house is beautifully designed and a 10 min walk to the beach. I specially loved the roof terrace, where I did yoga every morning, and the glass internal courtyard, that gave light keeping the privacy. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are a stone throw from the house and the bus stop in the front door. The owner, Jose Manuel, is lovely and so helpful!! Overall a superb stay, we will return!!
