Summary: We did not have time in the morning to stay for breakfast. The room was very clean and well-appointment. The front desk staff was a bit rude when informing us of additional fees for parking, but I imagine they get a lot of pushback on that.

Summary: It was a great Experience room Was clean and multicultural with kitchen essentials like plates cups and a good size fridge ! Room for is clean and spacious and price is reasonable! Breakfast menu was limited in selections. That’s the only thing I felt need improvements on.

Summary: Loved this hotel! Modern, clean hotel. Lobby was spacious and so were the rooms. Had plenty of space to spread out. The free breakfast buffet was amazing. So many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Summary: We've stayed at this hotel many times. It's a staple for us to stay to drive into SF to save some money. It's a great size room we do the studio for my family of 5. The breakfast is always good and the property is always clean. Will definitely continue to stay there.

Summary: The last time I was here I refunded becuase bugs and service . I returned for another stay at your property, hoping to give it a second chance after a less-than-ideal experience during my previous visit. Unfortunately, I was again disappointed—this time by several different issues. During my most recent stay, the front desk experience was unprofessional. The staff member I interacted with was unclear and inappropriate in the way she explained and requested information. Additionally, I was surprised by the $30-per-night parking fee, especially considering that I am a disabled guest. This charge felt excessive and was not clearly disclosed in advance in the app. The room itself also left much to be desired. It smelled strongly of marijuana, and both the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. While I will say the breakfast was decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Summary: Stay went smoothly. Breakfast was okay, but could have had a little more variety - for example, there was no bacon or sweet pastry/muffins. We had two 9 year old grandsons with us, so it was disappointing that the advertised play/game room was unavailable. Room was clean and comfortable - easily accommodated 5.
