Summary: No staff around. Impossible to get anyone on phone to inquire about late check it. No one at damsel when we arrived. Got to our room at 11p. Just wanted to shower and go to bed. Soap pumps were empty in shower. Called housekeepimg get some and of course no answer. Was already wet so didn’t want to het dressed to go search for someone. Had a 7:30a meeting and woke up to discover breakfast isn’t served until later on weekends. Overpaid for an uncomfortable bed with lumpy pillows. Room was too hot to sleep. No shower. No breakfast.
