Positive: My check in process was nice and quick the gentleman that helped me was very nice. I was a bit disappointed that i was unable to get a bottom floor room but I understand that I should have requested before. I think the friendliness of the front desk and security guard made my check in very easy and comfortable

Positive: The front desk representative who checked me in was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Although I can't recall her name, her warm and pleasant demeanor truly stood out, and it was what I appreciated most!
