Positive: The room comfortably fit our family of 5 plus our pup. Everything was clean and welcoming. The pool was a hit with the kids (and us). The fitness room was enjoyed by my husband. I loved having a view of the bay from our window. The breakfast was really good, and 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate and fruit were enjoyed by all. We also loved the location, close to everything we enjoy!

Negative: The only issue we had was the sink was backed up in our room at no fault of our own, should have maybe been caught before we checked in. I did call the front desk on the 3rd day, but then never let them know when we left the room for the day so they could come check it out which wasn't their fault, just our personal preference to not have someone in our room while we weren't there. We were leaving the next day so figured they would be able to just check it out when we left. I'm sure they would have fixed it, and we managed during the stay.

Summary: We will definitely return!

Positive: Love having basic dishes, sink and freezer for a much needed break from takeout on our road trip. The room was laid out perfectly for our family of 5, including a curtain partition between sofa bed and other beds. I liked that the products they offer for soaps, etc were more natural. The breakfast was a little random but overall everyone found something they liked and the kids loved the waffle bar and toppings. Overall it was a great stay.

Negative: The hours for breakfast only go until 9 and they closed promptly - we needed a little bit more time.

Summary: A welcomed break from other more traditional style hotel rooms. We appreciated the extra amenities.
