Positive: The location .Parking, Friendly staff. Room size .The restaurant selection which in walking distance from the hotel . Quite location no traffic noise .

Negative: Breakfast is difficult to get as the food is located in a corner . The Plates and cutlery are in cupboards below the food selection this make it difficult when there is more than 3 people selecting food .The passage at the food selection is to narrow . The breakfast aera needs to be upgraded

Summary: Great location will be staying for the third year on our tour to Colorado

Positive: Staff very accommodating in our request for an early check in. Luggage storage was also no trouble for them. Good size comfy room.

Negative: Breakfast wasn't good. Would recommend going to one of the several cafes over the road.

Positive: The location was perfect for us. The beds were comfy

Negative: Small breakfast area with poor set up. Both days they were out of plates/utensils despite staff seeming to constantly replace. Few tables to eat and the space is dirty. The room just seemed dingy, couch material looked warn and was stained. They only do service to rooms every other day. I prefer fresh towels and a made bed daily.
