Positive: I liked the location and the spaciousness of the facilities.

Negative: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. The house had cockroaches, ants in the cabinets, and even in the food we stored. The dishwasher was full of mold, the coffee maker was broken, and we couldn’t make coffee for the family. The kitchen utensils were very limited; there were only table knives, and it didn’t have the basic tools needed for cooking. In addition, one of the cabinets had wood coming up from the floor, and when we arrived, the recycling bin was already full, so I had to take all the trash in my car to avoid leaving it there. This was supposed to be a special stay since I came with my family to get married, but instead of enjoying myself, I spent a stressful and very uncomfortable time. We received threatening messages about alleged loud noises while we weren’t even at the property, which made me feel embarrassed and very uneasy. What should have been a beautiful experience turned into a major headache. I did not leave happy or satisfied, and I would not recommend this property. Even on the very day of check-in, we noticed additional issues, such as the refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water, and one of the stove burners not working. I sent an email to the supposed person in charge of the property, but they never responded to my email or my calls. We tried to contact the maintenance person (Fernando) but never got a response. Even on Sunday around 10:30 in the morning, we called, and a young woman answered, saying that the manager would call us back, but we never received a return call.

Positive: The location was quiet and safe. The community in Wilton Manor were exceptionally nice. The backyard was big.

Negative: The beds were not comfortable. We didn't have basic stuff like dish soap, laundry detergent, a pizza cutter. I know it's Florida, but we didn't expect tiny ants on the counter. We had to put all of our groceries in the fridge. The pool and back patio were covered in duck crap, the Muscovy duck made itself comfortable in the backyard and was a nuisance. We couldn't use the pool due to the duck and the duck poo. The owner did have his maintenance staff come clean the pool after I sent a message.

Positive: Full kitchen, nice fridge. Ease of access. Owners/ mgmt company were responsive over chat. Nice amount of towels and soaps given. Neighborhood felt safe..

Negative: Floors were filthy, like black feet and socks. I had to call for a re- clean . No Internet info was readily available, i had to reach out to get it. There was no tv stations. Needed to login with a personal streaming services . Outside Garbage can was overflowing . Not sure last time taken to curb. House wasn’t as nice as i had hoped, i wouldn’t stay again. In the bunk room, 2 of the beds had no duvet covers on the white duvets.. and the white duvets were visibly dirty.. pretty gross! In one bedroom in closet hanging shelves there was easily visible a dental floss stick..not sure used or not.. gross.

Summary: With a bit more effort could be good…

Positive: We are on west coast so we needed to evacuate Hurricane Milton. I have three older kids and they all enjoyed their stay. We were also allowed to being our little Boston with us. Any issues were quickly resolved. Communication was amazing. Yard was beautiful and loved kitchen set up. The kids enjoyed swimming every night, the pool is huge.

Positive: The pool was a great size. Beds were really comfortable, we all rested well.

Negative: There were a few things. First of all the water of the pool has been there for years. The moment you dive in you feel how thick and greasy the water was for all sunscreen products and chlorine. Was very uncomfortable to be around the pool since there was not a single umbrella on the table- bbq area. There was no shade at all for most part of the day. The only umbrella I found was broken left behind the bushes, destroyed. Window’s blind were falling apart and most of them won’t fully open. The house needed some maintenance. Also there was no light really to be outside at night. So if you wanted to enjoy the pool and barbecue after sunset, might not be so possible.

Summary: Overall we had a good time. It has a big patio to use around the pool area.

Negative: There’s a noise ordinance and noise detection device. I think that’s fine but it was so sensitive my husband was laughing a little too loud while we were sitting around and just talking, at 11 am and we got an automated warning. Sort of a turn off for us. Also, we washed our clothes without checking the dryer and turned out it didn’t work :-).

Summary: BUT the house is nice, very large yard, huge living room and good for family.

Positive: This property was nice and clean pictures were exactly the same in the living room and kitchen

Negative: What I did not like is that there was no television in the bedrooms only one in the living room only the master bedroom and the queen size bedroom have very thin mattresses with no heavy sheets for comfort back was hurting, and shoulders were hurting bad no cushion at all, and they have a ant infestation They do have ant motels on the counter, but it is not mentioned in the reviews and the icemaker did not work, but they did have a bag of ice for you to use and the freezer and refrigerator was not cold enough. Nothing never froze.
