Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located home that was fully remodeled in 2023. The home has 3 bedrooms, a dedicated office space with sofa bed to sleep 1, a living area with fireplace that opens up into the kitchen and dinning/breakfast area and a backyard to grill, relax or swim. Enjoy the excellent views of the mountain while having breakfast or relaxing in the in-ground pool or hot tub. We do allow pets, heating the pool or hot tub FOR A FEE. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
The Space:
This family-friendly spacious pool home was fully remodeled in 2023. The open floor plan, single floor living space makes you feel at home as you enjoy the ample natural light, beautiful white quartz island/countertops, Scandinavian red kitchen cabinets and amazing views of the mountain and swimming pool. All the bedrooms have memory foam mattress, luxury hotel style sheets and window blinds for a comfortable night sleep. Host is not liable for any incident in regards to the pool or tub. The office space/4th bedroom is accessed through the garage.

Summary: House is beautiful, clean and welcoming. There is a hidden room in the garage that we didn’t find until day 2 but other than that, everything was great. Easy to communicate with the owner, and it was just a great family vacation/Dads 70th bday.

Summary: Straight to the point: THE A/C Did not work correctly, when Chiddi was notified (caretaker) he was going to get someone out there, we went came back and its over 80 degrees in the house, I was Ghosted the whole night by our caretaker...Everything was plugged into a power strip was the problem. Was promised a partial refund too Guess what happen there. Don't stay there for what we paid it should have been 10 times better.

Summary: House was very clean. Host very responsive. House had minor defects (paint, towel racks and wall holders not in stud so coming off walls) but in overall good condition. Although the listing states the pool and hot hub are heated there is a separate daily fee to heat both or either. We were not aware of this until check in. Host was accommodating to our complaint about the unknown fee so not a major deal for us. However, imo it should be disclosed before we rented the property or be built into the nightly rate. Backyard view of the mountains was beautiful and home was close to restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to the mountain overlooks. Our children really enjoyed the pool and comfort of the home. Private back yard and quiet neighborhood.
