Studio apartment in backyard. Very private and away from main street. Very close to Ft. Bliss, U.S. 54, shopping and city bus.
I have internet and a TV. A full kitchen is included with all utensils including dishes and coffee cups and glasses.
Private entrance through locked gate. Parking is on the street.
Ceramic tiling throughout the house. The whole house is electric. There is a beautiful electric heater in the living room area that looks like a real fireplace.
The kitchen has deep sinks and an electric stove to doing any kind of cooking on.
I have three dogs in the backyard. They are very small dogs. The biggest weighs 15 pounds and the smallest weighs only 8 pounds. All the dogs come into the main house at night.
I also have motion lights in the yard that help guide your way to the apartment at night.
It is a very cozy little place that I'm sure you'll enjoy on your vacation to the Sun City.

Summary: I travel for work and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in regards to finding a place to stay. Great price, outstanding Host, cozy, clean and private. I stayed here a month and Tracey was as accommodating and friendly on day 30 as she was on day 1. Every time I go back to El Paso I will always try stay here. You can’t ask for a better overall experience! This is a must stay especially for any type of extended or long stay.

Summary: I stayed in Tracey's studio for 8 weeks while doing some short-term work in El Paso. It was the perfect place to be. Tracey and her sons were incredibly hospitable and responded quickly to any needs I had--even down to including a few more kitchen appliances that were helpful to have. The studio was very clean and I felt safe the entire time. The backyard was a bit unkempt but it was clean and has so much potential to be a lovely garden area. The three of them are always working on projects around the property, so I can imagine that focusing on the yard is on their list! The only constructive feedback I have is that it would be good if Tracey included in the listing that she has three dogs that you will interact with daily as they stay in the yard that you have to cross between the main entrance and the studio. That is a tiny thing she can fix right away. In fact, maybe it is on the listing and I somehow missed it! Tracey--it was wonderful to stay with you in El Paso. It really did become my home while I was there. I am an introvert and it is super important to me that my home is a sanctuary where I can rest and recharge. Thank you for giving that to me!
