Our place is in a secluded area but also within walking distance to Old Stone Fort Park which has a museum, trails for exercise, and water for kayak, canoeing, and fishing. Also our home is close to Historic Downtown Manchester, Lynchburg and the Jack Daniel's Distillery, Rock City, George Dickel Distillery, and Tim's Ford Lake. Or if you want to stay home we have a beautiful, large screened in porch, outdoor fire pit, grills and a koi fish pond with several sitting areas in the yard. There is a big screen TV in a large sitting room and wood burning fireplace in the living room. Very cozy and plenty of room to spread out and a fenced in yard for your pets.

Summary: This is a wonderful house to really explore Tennessee hospitality. It’s extremely cozy and feels like you’re at home. It has a huge backyard and just walking distance to the Stone Fort Park. There are also many other attractions nearby. We have been traveling through Tennessee for about 30 years and wished we had found this home earlier.

Summary: Amazing hosts ! Myself, mother and two adult sons were came from South Carolina for my brother’s wedding. Such an easy booking, check-in, house was clean, yard was so beautiful, Koi pond was my favorite. The house was overly stocked with all kinds of amenities. Our family had such an amazing time in town for the wedding and visiting with family we haven’t seen since before COVID. Thank you again for hosting us in your wonderful home ! ☺️

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this home. It is beautiful inside and out. The cleanliness is much better than any VRBO that I have stayed in. There were so many extra touches as well. Towels were laid out for us and there was an amenities basket with items just in case we had forgotten anything. It even included a sewing kit. The koi pond is amazing! I would give this rental more than a 5 star if I could and would definitely rent again. Well done to the property owners!
