Positive: The sunset view is amazing. The villa is stone's thrown away from the beach. The pool is fantastic for big children and good for a family staycation. Check in procedure is more straightforward compared to years ago. The members of staff are quick to respond when we have any questions.

Negative: I wish the staff were more punctual about sending code precisely at 3pm or earlier. Unfortunately, I had to contact to request for the code. For such an amount of money that we've paid, I sincerely thought the villas were overvalued. We booked two villas and both were not thoroughly prepared. For instance,I had to request for soap for the toilet. No kitchen towels were provided and there were insufficient cutlery sets. The toilet door handle was broken. Easily fixed but had not been done. The sink was also blocked. Sadly, there was rubbish all around the villa. It's a lovely villa. I wish you are more particular at keeping it clean and making sure everything is well maintained.
