Negative: The customer service was terrible. I checked In at 12 Sunday night, Monday morning made the hosts aware of the lack of toiletries in the home, I never received any I had to go buy my own and the hosts never reached back out until I texted her the day before check and still didn’t receive thing customer service I needed instead she wanted to argue and go back and forth

Positive: I absolutely loved my stay! The host was amazing super accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. The area isn’t your typical tourist spot with crowded hotels and commercial restaurants, but that’s exactly what made it so special. It’s nestled in the heart of a charming neighborhood. At first glance, the exterior might seem a bit worn and aged, but that’s part of its beauty. Then you step inside, and it’s even better like staying in an authentic Puerto Rican home, which beats any hotel experience. The location was still convenient with our rental car, we could easily reach all the tourist attractions without any trouble. The overall experience was magical!

Negative: The only thing I’d recommend for future guests (and for my next visit!) is to have a few more towels available upon arrival. Other than that, this property truly goes above and beyond.
