Positive: It was just instant oatmeal. But I didn't stay for the breakfast. I cook so the kitchen was excellent.

Negative: The view was obstructed. It's a beautiful view but it was overgrown and difficult to see the riparian entertainment.

Positive: The house was clean and has a great view. We watched deer walk by the back of the house one evening. The house is wheelchair accessible, if that matters to you. We didn't play golf, but it's directly across from the golf course clubhouse. The hosts were very pleasant and responsive.

Negative: The prior guests took the wifi password with them and it wasn't posted in the guest manual.

Positive: We loved the massage chair, the view, and the hot tub. Sooo relaxing. Watching deer travel along the creek at sunset was a special nature moment. Plus beds we're sooo comfortabl and giant shower was amazing!
