Enjoy waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise over a private spring fed lake, or sitting on the dock as you watch a Carolina sunset. Walk through the fields and observe nature, or walk over to the pastures and feed the donkeys and horses some horse cookies. Want to relax, curl up with a book on the front porch. Springwater has something for everyone... from kids to adults.
The home sits on 150 acres with a spectacular view of the stocked lake. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upstairs loft bedroom has a private bath along with a reading area overlooking the LR. Kids will love sitting by a campfire making s'mores or fishing, while the frogs croak and the moon glistens over the water. Springwater is convenient to Myrtle Beach's area attractions making it a unique vacation experience.
Springwater is truly a special place. The lake is approximately 18 acres in size and is fully stocked with catfish, bass, and brim. Your dog will fall in love with the lake and the open space to run. They get it! The lake features a dock, ideal for fishing and swimming or just relaxing.
The house is a cute, cozy retreat. The downstairs fills with light through the large windows across the front porch and the two story living room creates a light, airy environment perfect for relaxing. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and there is a pod coffeemaker.
Escape from a day at the beach or a day at your own lake to the front porch for an outdoor barbecue on the grill. The options are limitless. Take a walk around the lake and come visit the chickens, (help yourself to fresh eggs if they’re laying) ducks, donkeys (Burrito and Buckaroo), horses (Mare and Bender). Check in is at 4 P.M. and check out is at 10:00 am. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property, inside the home or outside. We are very dog friendly.

Summary: This is the best vacation home I have ever syayed at. If you are looking for a peaceful ,relaxing place to unplug and get away,this is rhe spot. We booked a girls trip and no one wanted to go back home. This small towm is full of the nicest people and the pictures of the property do not even compare to the beauty of the property.

Summary: Deb & Jeff & Augie are awesome hosts. The property is amazing and more than we could have hoped for. From walks thru the Enchanted Forest with our 2 Leo's to gathering fresh eggs in the morning and visiting the horses and donkeys we had a fabulous vacation there. We can't wait to go back !

Summary: This was by far the best vacation I could have ever been on. On our trip home we were discussing what we would do different if we repeated the same trip. My response was to just stay on the property the entire time. So peaceful. The lake is beautiful. The home is comfortable. We went with our 100lb dog, 2 teenagers, 3 guinea pigs, my husband and myself. Everyone was thoroughly pleased with our time there. Would recommend to everyone, in particular those who are looking for some peaceful/fun dedicated family time.

Summary: What a slice of paradise! We arrived late at night with the house lights on to welcome us. We awoke the next morning to the beautiful serene view of the lake and began exploring the property - fishing off the dock, walking through the gnome woods, and visiting the farm animals.
