Positive: The cozy hotel was very nicely put together. The interior was modern but also classical and the Spa zone was amazing with a Sauna and a small pool! The breakfast was great and the free Fika (Coffee and small sweet treats) was also very nice. We booked our stay with an included dinner which was also very good - nothing to fancy or complicated but very good and simple and freshly made. The staff really took care of everything. You really felt at home. The entire hotel is accessible for people with disabilities and has elevators and enough room for everything. Towels for swimming/Sauna are provided in the Spa Zone, and a cozy big bathrobe was prepared in the rooms. Hairdryer was available and our room did not lack any luxury. For this price a definite thumbs up from me. I can recommend a nice relax stay for a weekend and I will come back again if the chance arises.

Negative: The huge bathtub did not have a curtain or glass doors - so the chance to get the bathroom wet when showering is high. But there is a drainage in the floor and the water is very calcium free which means, that you do not have any ugly watermarks left.

Summary: Perfectly cozy hotel with a nice Spa and comforting atmosphere! Go for it!

Negative: We hear the ventilation in the room, so we had difficulty to fall asleep. There were no slippers in the room or the reception , they have a problem with their suppliers, they said.

Summary: It was ok, but I expected better for the price we paid

Positive: Great location for me as my work was only 5km's away. Parking next to the hotel, reasonable price also. Staff extremely friendly. The breakfast and the dinner was good, overall a great value for money place to stay.

Negative: The room was a little bit outdated, might have not been part of the refurbishment regime.

Positive: Very helpful staff who make nice little gestures like leaving a note in our mother tongue and chocolates in the room after cleaning. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Food (breakfast and dinner) were decent and the hotel offers a traditional daily snack (Fika). Location within walking distance from the station in a calm neighborhood with a couple restaurants around it. The gym was a big plus and we used it twice during our stay.

Negative: Nothing to dislike really, but make sure to have the right set of expectations: there isn't much happening in the town (fun and tourism wise). In our case that wasn't a problem since we were there for a family visit.
