Nestled in the award winning community of Mahogany you can enjoy yourself in this comfortable king sized one bedroom basement suite with a private entrance. Relax in the charming living room with large TV (cable included) and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer and dryer and a bathroom fully equipped with all essentials. Whether this stay is for relaxation or business it will check all your boxes.
Located in a friendly neighborhood only 4km's away from the South Health Campus.
There is a separate entrance leading to the 1 bedroom basement suite. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea station, and a vita-mixer to easily make your morning shakes. The in-suite washer & dryer are supplied with laundry detergent and softener.
Our place is very quiet and offers a work station if you are here for a business trip or attending seminars/conferences.

Summary: Connie is an amazing host!! Communication is excellent with excellent attention to important details providing every single piece of information needed and responding almost within seconds to any questions asked, requests made.The suite feels very safe, is extremely comfortable, has everything one needs and is very beautifully & creatively designed right down to every single detail! Connie was completely honest & upfront with the construction of new homes surrounding her home/suite, but the construction did not have any negative impact on my stay. I will be returning if needed in the future! Thank you Connie for providing me with a most wonderful home away from home😊 Susan

Summary: Right from the first inquiry message, Connie was awesome with communication. The place itself was amazing, quiet, comfortable and clean. Despite all the construction in the area, I managed to find the place without any issues and enjoyed my stay. This was the first air b and b I have ever booked and it was a great overall experience.
