Summary: Spacious accommodation in a quiet area with good sized garden. Especially appreciated the automatic locking gate for security and electric shutters on windows. Plenty of hot water and efficient fan in bedroom. House was well equipped. While the property is on the outskirts of Saintes it is easily walkable into city for the essential croissant and coffee daily if needed. Well located for easy and quick access to major road network. Several large supermarkets nearby. Host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Summary: Everything as expected; and, as seen/checked online. Comfortable residence with garden. All facilities good. Very safe parking on site. Location within easy reach of supermarket and town centre.

Summary: Slightly out of town therefore very short drive to centre-no problem.Shaded garden.Car parking within the property.Very good fully equipped accommodation.

Summary: This is a very good property for a holiday with lots of space for a family of four. The property is tastefully decorated, clean and spacious with good beds, shower, washing machine, and modern fitted kitchen. The garden is large and enclosed, with high walls and an automatic gate. This makes it excellent for children to play in securely, for relaxing and eating outside. The host, Annie, is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. She was very accommodating with our 01:00am arrival due to a late ferry landing. Annie took us for a tour of the horse stud nearby. We enjoyed talking to her and learning about the locality. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to the town centre, the supermarket, skate park, historical buildings, town gardens and excellent Markets and shops. We felt sad to leave Saintes and the house as we had such a wonderful stay. A bientot!
