Positive: It was easy to communicate my needs. The room was in a very quiet location in the city. There was lots of restaurants and shops near by. Also public transportation, buses and trains were within walking distance. The entire neighborhood was clean and beautiful. Very gay friendly.

Negative: The shower head had a bit of a leak so there wasn't as much water pressure. The mattress height was not super deep so I didn't sink into it like I usually like to, but I was still comfortable.

Summary: It was a wonderful place to spend the weekend.

Positive: The location was great, and the little apartment had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Negative: The couch was broken, one side held up by a paint can. I'm sure that's pretty easy to replace. The parking, which was arranged by a separate parking app but was ON the property, was poorly organized. I was promised a spot, but the owner had his own vehicle in one of those spots, so I wasnt sure if my car would be towed or not. In the morning, I was told to move my car to the street (it was only permit parking which wouldve led my car to be towed) by 10 am when my paid reservation was till 4pm. It still worked out in the end, but hard to communicate.
