Positive: We only stayed two nights in Eric's gorgeous property and we regret not booking more nights! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, the bed was soooo comfy and the view was absolutely stunning. It was very peaceful, easy to find parking and easy to enter the property. It was a pleasure meeting Eric on our last day, it felt like he truly cared about our experience in the properly. We can't recommend this place more, I can't wait to come back!

Everything here is perfect: the terrace surrounded by greenery with a luxurious view is a masterpiece in itself, complete with a small fountain. The cozy apartments have everything you need (towels, dishes, appliances, a smart home system with Alexa, a comfortable bed, and even a pleasant scent. Positive: Absolutely amazing Studio! Has everything you need from an amazing view to a heated toilet seat. Nice and clean. Great location in the hills with everything easy to reach. Parking on the street was easy and always amply available. We felt so well and didn’t want to leave! Eric is an amazing host and super friendly.

Negative: Nothing. Our stay was fantastic.

Staying in the Canyon is convenient to easily reach different parts of LA and also provides a unique experience. Not our first time in the Canyon but our first at Eric's and we will definitely try to come back next time we're in LA.
