Positive: Superb kitchen very well equipped for cooking and dining. Two large dining tables... for meals & board games handy for a big family group. Very warm & cosy, comfortable. Decoration to a high standard. Lots of space for seating. Lots of storage for coats and clothes. Facilities for EV charging. Outdoor space too & wonderful countryside views. Very tranquil setting, peaceful but easy connections to towns and local attractions. Owner lives on the farm and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Negative: The Internet connection to tv was poor and dropped out frequently. Air source heat pump is out side the ground floor bedroom window and could be noticeable in terms of noise level at night. There was 7 of us staying and the hot water tank ran out when we all had a shower, though the proprietor did warn us of this. It would have been nice if the lights in the lounge could be dimmable or a warmer bulb was used.
