Positive: The use of the space is really well thought through and everything was well stocked and all of really good quality. The place was spotlessly clean and the good weather meant we could open up the kitchen into the garden, which was just perfect.

Negative: Needs a Wifi extender to cover the kitchen. I know there are thick walls but you can overcome this quite cheaply with a Powerline Repeater. Not that its a reason not to stay, it really isnt.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, it was just the perfect place for a small group to have a lovely time.

Negative: parking ,only space for one small car and not possible to park on road by cottage.

Positive: very beautiful. well chosen, high quality furnitures and very cosy. beautiful settings in and outdoor. great kitchen. and it was so lovely, to have a welcome package including milk, so we didn’t have to shop on the day of arrival. we had everything we needed and more.

Negative: could hardly figure out the heating system. would be great when a user manual is available.

Positive: The cottage was clean and well-appointed. It was extremely easy to pick up the keys from the key safe. The cottage is a short distance from an exceptional village shop. Middle Tysoe is a very pretty village.

Negative: There was absolutely no Wi-Fi or mobile phone signal in the gorgeous kitchen/dinner and patio area. This was inconvenient because one of our party had an on-line interview during our stay. The property details should give a maximum car length for the parking space in front of the property. We tried to squeeze ours in considerately and a neighbor came round to complain. We moved our car down the street, for the rest of the stay, which was difficult because we also had an elderly member of our group. It would also have been useful to know that there are no doors to the lovely attic suite... so anyone sleeping in this room will have little privacy and is likely to be disturbed by the rest of the party moving around on the lower floors.

Summary: Nice house.... beautifully presented... but definitely with niggles.
