Positive: The house is located in a beautiful part of the country with restaurants and pubs a short walk away. The room looked out onto a lovely well kept garden. The bedroom was large and roomy with a great en-suite bathroom. Mike and Jane were wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful. Last but certainly not least was the breakfast which was superb.

Summary: Home from home. I was well rested and well fed and ready for my day. Thank you Mike and Jane.

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable, wonderful night's sleep in tranquil surroundings. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly and amenable hosts, who accommodated our later than expected arrival. Just what we needed to set us up for a busy day.

Negative: A fan available in the room would be nice. Although the room cooled down nicely after sunset.

Positive: We booked at the last minute during a long trip home from Scotland. We were very lucky to find such a lovely B & B at very short notice. The owners were very welcoming and the room was superb. There is a fantastic view over the garden and fields beyond. The walk-in shower was great. After a very good night's sleep we enjoyed an excellent breakfast.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. Parking is on the road right outside - but it is a very quiet lane so not a problem.
