Summary: Breakfast was painfully slow, on one day breakfast took over one hour. The kitchen wither works very slowly or is severely understaffed. The car park didnt have electronic keys available during our 5 days, we had to have the bell hop walk us to car park each time so they could use their car park key to let us out.

Summary: The staff, food, location were excellent. The room had a wonderful view and was very comfortable. The area under the sink and around the toilet could use a good scrubbing. All other areas were very clean. We enjoyed our vacation at the HOLLAND HOUSE and we are looking forward to a return vacation.

Summary: Great complimentary breakfast! Great location surrounded by bars and shops and right on the beach. Felt very safe around the area. On the day that the cruises come in, the area gets a lot busier and full of vendors. On days the cruise ship doesn’t come in, a lot of places don’t even open.

Summary: As you walk in, there is a WELCOME feeling and greeting! The place is well appointed (setting & decor) and the rooms are modern, fresh—extremely clean!! (THANKS TO JEAN AND ALL HOUSEKEEPING ) The bar and restaurant seem to be one of the most popular on the island. EXCELLENT food and service. EACH BARTENDER knows (remembers) all your needs and NATASHA & FLEUR deliver with style and grace. The beach is lovely with cushioned lounges and towels set up by staff for you. SHENEKA (spelling?) at the BEACH BAR is always willing to do just about anything to make your day perfect. (THANKS for the ICED TEAS!!💕)
