Positive: Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfortable and bathroom was good. Charming old world property. Vivien was extremely helpful.

Negative: We had expected to drive down to the property, unload, then drive back to the car park, but sadly on the day we arrived the road to the property was closed for maintenance and, although outside of the property's control, this did not start our time there well. Vivian kindly helped us carry our luggage to the house. We wanted to see the museums in the village and had been told they were open until 4.00pm, but in fact only two were open. There was only one restaurant actually open within walking distance, but we found that they closed at 5.00pm, so we happily decided to cook for ourselves at the property and enjoy eating there. However, there was no means of lighting the gas hobs and, even if we had been able to light them, there was only one saucepan, and that had no lid. Cooking a whole meal in a microwave proved challenging! All these difficulties led us to decide to leave early and book alternative accommodation elsewhere, and forgo the payment we had made for the second night and the final morning's breakfast. Clearer information about the fact that most restaurants and museums in the village were seasonally closed would have been appreciated and helpful before we arrived.

Positive: Great place to experience Holloko. Well maneged, good services.

Negative: Would suggest breakfast place to refrain from serving supermarket-type of food and rather focus on natural zero-km home made products. The apricot-jam which was locally made was great! As well as bakery products which could be bought there but not served as part of the breakfast.

Positive: We had arrived after a hiking accident and host done everything to help us. The breakfast was served in a bakery, which is cca. 2 minutes far from the house. It was so lovely to walk through at the morning.

Positive: The site is excellent, in a historical vernacular house in the core of the UNESCO-protected village. Luckily, not overcrowded by tourists. Recommended for rural-life ethusiasts and nature lovers. Parking for free just next to the house available.

Positive: Location in the heart of the old village, no traffic, traditionell house, kind staff, free parking, we could extend the stay up to 4pm!

Negative: Could have some basic stuff like salt, sugar, pepper, tea or coffee cups, soap for the bathroom; waste containers should be removed from the entrance to the back of the house. Guests should be made aware that shops and restaurants close late afternoon already.
