Summary: Nice size villa that is big enough for 4 people, any more may be a problem, pool and garden area very pleasent, interior needs updating as it looks rather dated and we had issues with the electricity tripping daily throughout our stay, issues with a leaking aircon unit in one of the bedrooms, couldn't get the microwave or TV's to work either, it's a shame as the Villas are located in the lovely village of Spilia with two lovely Tavernas and a mini market just a five minute walk away. If your looking for a peaceful, relaxing location then this may be just what you need and if the issues above get rectified then you will have an enjoyable stay.

Summary: Great villa surrounded by an olive grove in a peaceful and beautiful location. A few lovely tavernas and a shop in walking distance and plenty to do if you have car. We loved the peace and quiet and being in a semi-rural location with a pool. The host Iannas was brilliant, warm and welcoming and always willing to help. A great place to stay in Crete.

Summary: A beautiful villa set in olive groves a few hundred meters from the centre of Spilia village. The village has 3 restaurants, all with excellent local food, very reasonably priced. Other restaurants in Kolymvari town but need a car or taxi. Villa was very clean and cleaned every 3 days with sheet and towel changes. Private Pool is perfect for lazing about and there are sun loungers and a BBQ. There is also a local supermarket a 5 minute walk through the olive groves and a Lidl in the local town Platanias (15 min drive) Platanias is full of restaurants and shops but was too busy for us. The Villa owner Johannes is very helpful and left us his homemade wine, olive oil and some fresh eggs from his chickens. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday in a peaceful location off the tourist track then we can’t recommend more.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this villa - the property itself is brilliant and had everything you could possibly want. The location is beautiful - surrounded by so many olive trees with a sea view. Walkable distance to supermarket and a lovely seaside village Kolymvari where there are some amazing fish taverns. The location was perfect for us as we hired a car and we were able to drive around the island and explore all the amazing beaches. Villa host is so friendly and answered any questions we had straight away by text. He also gave us some lovely olive oil, raki and fresh eggs. Would book again! Thank you!

Summary: We had a nice stay and the pool was lovely. But we found the discription of the Villa a little misleading. Firstly, it says sleeps 6. However, I think it should really say sleeps 2 adults in bedroom 1 and 2 children in 2nd bedroom. I say this as it was very small with no storage for our clothes and also there was no bedside light, in fact it was pretty basic. We therefore had to share the wardrobe with the others which was very inconvienient to us all. Outside the bedrooms is a small landing that has a cupboard housing an old fridge. This could be removed and a wardrobe put there to give the 2nd bedroom some where to keep their clothes. Also the Villa needs to have some things updated. The tap that operates the shower also runs water into the bath at the same time as having a shower. The tap on the basin is corroded and does not turn off properly. The towels seemed a little old and the quilts on the beds seemed grubby. In the kitchen the dishwasher did not work. We like to stay in and cook meals sometime but the knives supplied were not at all suitable and it would have helped to have some instructions for the cooker. The reason I am pointing these things out is that if the owner is never informed of any issues he can not put them right. So we all felt that if Mr.John could correct these issues he would have a lovely presentable villa.

Summary: We wanted to say how amazing our stay was at the dreams villa. Every single day spent there truly made our holiday the best one yet. The villa was clean, safe and had everything we needed included in this was the divine wine and raki made by the owners. We returned from the beach one day to find some yummy cakes on the table. (If I could I would get them to send us some back to England). We will definitely be coming back and already have told many of our friends, family's and colleagues. Summary: This villa was beautiful. Myself and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon and has the most amazing time. The villa is so private and romantic and our host was fantastic looking after everything. He even left us eggs and pastries when he was giving us fresh towels. The villa is in an excellent spot to explore Crete. It's only about 20 minutes away from Chania which was our favorite town. If you are going you will need a car. All in all a fantastic time
