Summary: The owner is awesome! Quick replies, very accommodating and helpful. We were 15 adults here and just used it for sleeping although the kitchen and deck areas were amazing.

Summary: This property was really nice. The location was great! It was a little outside of the city center, so it was a nice change of pace. The recommended restaurant of The Washerwoman was really delicious, and right down the street and around the corner. We had a few issues and the communication with the property owner Simon and his property manager Daniela was great. Overall, my family and I had a great stay and would stay again but there were few things worth mentioning - It is a pay per person listing, but what is not mentioned is that each room comes with a keypad lock on the door, and they pick which rooms you are allowed to stay in. I booked this rental because it slept so many people and had so many rooms. And while there were enough beds for my party, we were looking forward to having our own spaces for the last leg of our trip. This was not an option because the other doors were locked, so we had to group up in the open rooms. In the end it is not a huge deal, just something people should be aware of if they do not need the house for 16 people. The property owner has some extensive rules regarding noise which I did not see listed but received in an email. It wasn't a problem for our group but it might be something worth mentioning in the listing. Two suggestions - there are a lot of light switches and we had no idea what they were all for! It might be useful to label them because there are really so many and we were worried we turned something on/off that shouldn't have been touched. Lastly is to provide a couple extra towels. We had an issue with the washer and a couple of the towels provided for the guests were sacrificed during the repair/clean-up, so the guest didn't have clean towels the rest of their stay. We made it work because we didn't want to be a bother about it, but it would have been nice to have some extra handy.
