Summary: Very nice place to stay with comfortable rooms with individual baths

Summary: We LOVED our stay at this mountain retreat. We were a group of 8 on an extended family vacation. There were just enough beds for our crew (2 per bedroom). Each bedroom had a connected bathroom. The views from the balcony were AMAZING - especially first thing in the morning or late at night. Our hostess made us feel extremely welcome. We were able to use the game room in the neighboring building as well as the playground in between the two buildings. Things to consider... The drive up there is a bit scary, especially in a large van. Just keep that in mind. The road is narrow and it is two way - so, there are places where you might have to back up or just get out of the way. Also, it is up two flights of stairs, so keep that in mind as it relates to luggage or the physical fitness of your group. Grocery stores close early in the town - so keep that in mind as well. We really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We took advantage of the rolls service which made getting fresh rolls and pretzels very easy and convenient each morning - and also purchased some local honey and schnapps from the hostess. Stay here. You will not regret it!!
