Positive: The place felt very safe, accomodations were adequate, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location,

Negative: Room didn't feel clean, and the sheets and towels were stained. Room was never serviced in any of the six nights I spent there and the trash was never picked up. I had to place a week's worth of trash under the sink.

Summary: Safe, good value, good location, friendly staff... BUT cleaning service was non existent in my room.

Positive: Reasonable price. Adequate, clean room.

Negative: Air conditioner was loud. No trash can except in the bathroom. No freezer in the fridge. Staff wasn't exactly unpleasant but seemed weirdly detached, like friendly but wanted to interact as little as possible.
