Summary: Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff. The elevators are quite slow and there’s only two of them hence one star off

Summary: Really bad bed, no support. Towels were scratchy and linen was worn. The shampoo, etc was bargain quality. On the plus side the location was great, the Wi-Fi was strong and parking [$23] was convenient.

Summary: There are few hotels around that area close to vgh, vancouver general hospital. The hotel was outdated with a noisy air conditioner. Rhe mattress was way too hard on my back. But it is convenient for going to vgh.

Summary: I loved our stay there. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only negative feedback would be the fact that I had to sign for room service for dinner and breakfast. That was not a good experience when we just want to have dinner in bed and the staff have to wait till I fill out and sign the bill. It would have been better to put it all on the end at checkout and pay everything When we checkout to leave and enjoy our privacy.
